TEEN TAUNT: Lamine Yamal Delivers Sharp Message Live on TV Following Adrien Rabiot’s Pre-Match Comments

Spanish prodigy Lamine Yamal had a cheeky response for the camera after his impressive performance against France in the Euro 2024 semi-final.

The 16-year-old was instrumental in Spain’s 2-1 victory over France, securing their spot in the Euro 2024 final. This victory came after French star Adrien Rabiot had called out Yamal before the match.

Yamal has been a standout player in the tournament this summer, drawing significant attention leading up to the semi-final clash.

However, experienced French midfielder Rabiot issued a pre-game challenge to the young talent. The former PSG and Juventus player suggested that Yamal would need to elevate his game to make a significant impact against France.

Rabiot remarked, “Managing a semi-final in a tournament like this is always challenging, but our goal is to put pressure on him [Lamine Yamal] and ensure he doesn’t get comfortable. To play in a Euro final, he will have to do much more than what he’s shown so far.”

Yamal answered Rabiot’s challenge on the field by scoring a spectacular equalizer, nullifying Randal Kolo Muani’s opening goal for France. In doing so, he became the youngest goal scorer in European Championship history.

After making his statement on the pitch, Yamal seemed to deliver a pointed response to Rabiot’s comments post-match. Looking directly into the camera, the teenager appeared to say, “Speak now, speak now!”

Before kickoff, Yamal had also posted a cryptic message on Instagram, seemingly directed at Rabiot. It read, “Move in silence. Only speak when it is time to say checkmate.”
